Yesterday, I visited Whilton Mill for the X-Kart 2023 scholarship event and my first time on the main circuit!   Fifty drivers from all around the country attended and we had a full day of karting, fitness assessments and media/interview training.     From the fifty, I was one of the  lucky twelve drivers to be selected to drive the X-Kart Junior Rotax karts.    It was my first time in this type of kart and boy are they quick!    I loved it!!    To get that far was an amazing achievement and although I didn't go on to win the scholarship, I got so much out of the day and came away feeling super proud of my efforts.   Thank you to all at X-Kart for the opportunity and congratulations to the winners!
